Shipping and Deliveries


For our customer's protection, Indigo Jules ensures:


  • Use of only couriers requiring a signature upon delivery.
  • All shipping orders have tracking numbers.
  • All orders are sent via express mail.
  • All orders come with complimentary insurance.
  • There are no UK customs fees or UK import duties.

UK deliveries

  • UK Standard Delivery (2-5 days) - £6 or FREE for orders from £250 
  • UK Next Day Delivery (order by 1pm Mon-Fri) - £10 or FREE for orders from £500


Please note:

  • Delivery times for our made to order pieces vary. These items will be shipped once ready and we will notify you via email once dispatched.
  • Postage is not refundable once your order has shipped.


THERE ARE NO UK CUSTOMS FEES OR UK IMPORT DUTIES.


Due to Indigojules shipping from within the UK, you will not be charged UK customs fees or UK import duties. Be wary when ordering from companies based outside of the UK as any order over £1,000 will automatically incur a UK customs fee, VAT and on jewellery; an extra UK import duty fee of 2.5% will apply.


In the extremely unlikely event that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you will need to report this to Indigo Jules within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.


Due to reasons regarding insurance, we cannot reroute packages after they have been shipped from Indigo Jules .

  • Courier & rates: We ship all international orders via FedEx Express International. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout using a live, variable-rate tool to secure the best rate for your destination at the time of your order.
  • Delivery timelines: We aim to deliver all international orders within 2-5 days.
  • Taxes & duties: All applicable taxes and duties are included at checkout.
