You don’t need to arrive with a finished sketch — just a starting point. It could be a photo you love, a gemstone with sentimental value, a style reference, or simply a feeling you want the piece to capture.

1) Enquiry & inspiration

Start by telling us what you have in mind. We’ll ask a few helpful questions: what the piece is for, your preferred metal and gemstone styles, your budget range, and any practical details (ring size, chain length, lifestyle, wearability). If you’re not sure yet, that’s fine — this stage is about discovery.

2) Design consultation

We’ll talk through your ideas and shape them into a clear design direction. We’ll discuss silhouettes, stone shapes and settings, finish (high-polish, satin, textured), and the little details that make it feel like yours — an engraving, a hidden stone, a meaningful motif, or a modern twist on a classic.

3) Stone sourcing & material choices

If your design includes gemstones, we can present options that match your brief — from classic diamonds to colourful stones with character. We’ll also help you choose the right metal for your style and everyday wear. If you have stones or gold you’d like to reuse, we can advise on what’s possible and the best way to honour the original piece.

4) Quote & timelines

Once the design and materials are agreed upon, we’ll provide a clear quote and an estimated lead time. Bespoke work varies depending on complexity and sourcing, but we’ll keep you informed at each stage so there are no surprises.

5) Crafting & finishing

Your piece is then made to order, with close attention to proportion, comfort, and durability. Before it’s ready, we check every detail — setting security, symmetry, finish, and fit — so it feels just right when you put it on.

6) Collection & aftercare

Your bespoke jewellery arrives beautifully presented and ready to wear. We’ll also share simple care tips to keep it looking its best, and we’re always here if you need sizing advice, cleaning guidance, or future tweaks.
