Our 2-year warranty
Our two-year warranty covers all our sterling silver, gold plated, and solid gold pieces.
Within this time we offer free repairs and replacements for any faults due to manufacturing defects. If you experience a defect with your jewellery, please get in touch with us through our XXX or visit us in any of our stores in central London to have our jewellers assess and repair your jewellery. Please bring or include your proof of purchase in your email as it is required to activate the warranty.
We continue to offer repair for jewellery outside of our Warranty for a cost price fee.
Please note, our warranty does not apply to the following situations:
- Gold plated jewellery naturally wears off after a while, therefore re-plating isn't included in our 2-year warranty. We offer a separate warranty for gold plated pieces, meaning we will re-plate your jewellery free of charge within 1 year after purchase.
- Loss of your IJ piece isn't covered by our warranty. Lost one of your earrings? Please get in touch with us, we can issue you a 20% discount on the same earrings and possibly sell you one piece if able to.
- Theft isn't covered by our warranty.
- Some product exclusions may apply
